August 9th ~ Advanced Mold 8 Hour

 
Commercial Inspection
  • Understanding Culturable testing techniques and when to offer them
  • Conducting a complete building survey and Infrared Imaging
  • Using Field Forms, Room Diagrams, Moisture Meters, Photo shots
  • Setting up complete report for Remediation Spec writing
  • Using Report Writing software
  • Learning about Remediation Techniques
  • Learning Clearance Procedure and Protocols for clearance of remediation work
  • Marketing to Commercial Accounts- the Do's and Don'ts
  • Learn the new EPA approved method of testing known as the ERMI Method.
  • Quiz at the end of the day
